Company law

Within this area, we provide services of preparation of documents for registration of all types of companies with the Central Registry of Business Entities run by the Tax Administration of Montenegro, implementation of all changes in a company (company liquidation, sales, mergers, divisions, changes of authorized representatives etc.) and provide representation in courts and consultations.

Labour law

Within the framework of labour law, we prepare all types of documents regarding labour relations (employment contracts, registrations with competent bodies, rules of procedure) give legal opinions and provide representation before the court. We also advise companies and individual clients on all labour-related matters and relationships to avoid unnecessary and expensive litigation.

Property law

We draft and develop sales agreement concerning the real estate, lease agreements, easement right agreements, mortgage agreement, pledge agreements, joint construction agreements, construction agreements, registration of buildings. We also prepare all documents necessary for construction and offer legal consultations.

Administrative law

We represent our clients in administrative procedures and disputes. We also prepare all types of documents public tenders published in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement as well as international tenders (World Bank, UNDP, EBRD).

Law on contracts and torts

We offer services of drafting of all types of contracts and representation in courts in proceedings for compensation of damages; fulfilment, termination, annulment and contract nullity; collection of claims; unqualified acquisition; participation in investment negotiations (construction of facilities) and participation in the purchase of real estate through public bids).
