How we work?

• We make contact with potential candidates to check whether they are interested in taking part in the recruitment process. It is important to note that the identity of potential candidates is entirely protected and known only to us. Our clients can access information about a potential candidate only after the candidate explicitly agrees about it
• We provide candidates with relevant and accurate information about the nature and requirements of the position, place of work and the organization
• Candidates are informed in a timely manner about all the steps in the selection process
• We are flexible in negotiating terms of interviewing and testing
• We check recommendations in agreement with candidates so that we do not compromise their professional or personal integrity
• We always provide feedback to our candidates about the selection process
