Our career counselling program includes:

Millennial mentoring program that enables young people to understand the motives, interests, values and abilities that drive them to make positive difference in their community. Furthermore, it provides young people with information about the labour market and helps them improve their decision-making skills for future education and assists them in making plans for their career.

Career information includes information about various jobs, career paths, the labour market, educational institutions, and current programs and projects being implemented, or other activities implemented at local levels (fairs, practices, volunteering options, etc.).

Career counselling allows the individuals to perceive and understand their goals for further professional development, empowers them to make and reconsider career decisions, prepares them for future changes and challenges of careers, and organizes their own potential both in search and in performing of jobs.

Through our overall career counselling program, we use different assessment methods to analyse the potential of our clients to help them utilize their potential in the best way. Particularly interesting is the professional assessment by using the DAP Solutions methodology. It helps us see and understand the hidden (subconscious) preferences and talents of a young person.
