For our client, Rare Development Company, which is currently leading main development project of Portonovi Montenegro, we are looking for:  Project Control and Reporting Engineer

Duration: 18 Months

Project Control and Reporting Engineer performs the duties including some or all of the following:

Budget and Reporting Duties (80%)

•  Coordinating team of Outsourced Quantity Surveyors to Update Project Budget monthly.
• Report monthly budget changes
• Monthly Cashflow Updates
• Monthly Progress Reports with Earned Value Method integrated with Work Program
• Budget Database Management for Financial Reporting Purposes
• Reviewing Change (Variation) Orders, Tender Recommendations and Monthly Payment Certificates
• Maintaining Purchase Order Database to make sure Certifications, commitments, payments are input correctly
• Miscellaneous ad-hoc reports on progress, man numbers, financial performance etc.

Planning Duties (20%)

•  Assisting Planning Manager to extract Subcontractor Programs from master work program for tender purposes

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor/Master in Engineering
• At least 6 years of same or similar working experience in construction industry
• Knowledge of software such as Excel (advanced), Primavera
• Good knowledge of English language
• Earned Value Method, Dashboard Reporting, Database Management
